Due to a record year last year they are looking to add a Sales Manager in the software team as part of their growth plans for 2010. The Role The role will be a combination of new business development (90%) and also managing a portfolio of accounts (10%) across industries worldwide with the aim of developing their business to a new level. The Company A rapidly expanding business that is renowned for their excellence in their field. Last year was a record year for them as a business and they have forecasted significant growth for this year. As such they are looking to add talented people to the team that can add value and assist them with their growth strategy for the UK. The Candidate You will be a highly talented sales person or strategic business development professional that has a track record of success in a field based role creating new business as well as successfully managing a Software Sales team. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track record of an exceptional work ethic achieving targets throughout your tenures. You will be a driven, committed individual with a real new business focus and have a few years experience in Accounting Software or a similar product. The Package Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £45-50k with a rewarding uncapped bonus commission structure seeking to earn well in excess of 90-100k in first year.
